1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.
Enrollment in The Modern Agent Advisory™ requires separate, affirmative acceptance of the Membership Agreement. These Terms alone do not create a membership.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Platform. The Advisory is intended primarily for real estate professionals, business owners and entrepreneurial operators.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining a secure password, protecting access to your account, providing accurate information, and promptly reporting any unauthorized access. Accounts may not be shared. Credentials are issued to a single named individual.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or another member's account;
- scrape, harvest or bulk-extract confidential information or member data;
- circumvent security, authentication or access controls;
- share, forward or republish another member's confidential materials;
- upload malicious software or attempt to disrupt the Platform;
- abuse Platform functionality or automate access without permission;
- use the Platform or its resources for unlawful purposes;
- impersonate another individual or misrepresent an affiliation;
- redistribute, resell or commercialize proprietary materials without written permission.
5. Intellectual property
The following are proprietary to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME — TO BE PROVIDED] where applicable: The Modern Agent Advisory™, The Modern Agent Framework™, The Modern Agent Diagnostic™, The Modern Agent Score™, The Modern Agent Blueprint™, The Three Moves™, and The Modern Agent Operating System™, together with all training materials, templates, videos, frameworks, resources, methodologies, software and site content.
Members receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use these materials for their own internal business purposes only. Membership transfers no ownership. Members may not resell, publicly distribute, publish, teach from or otherwise commercialize proprietary materials without prior written permission.
6. Third-party services
The Platform may integrate with third parties including Stripe, Google, Slack, Easy Street Offers, video conferencing providers, analytics providers and AI providers. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them is subject to those terms.
7. Platform availability
The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed, and reasonable maintenance, updates and outages may occur.
8. Modifications
These Terms may be updated periodically. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Prior versions remain available in the legal archive.
