Information collected
Personal information. Name, email, phone, company, job or business information, market, profile photo, mailing and billing information.
Business information. Revenue, GCI, transaction volume, profitability, marketing spend, conversion rates, team information, business plans, technology stack, strategic objectives, capital objectives, exit objectives, Diagnostic responses, quarterly KPIs and business challenges.
Account information. Login information, user ID, membership status, permissions and activity history.
Billing information. Payment cards are processed by Stripe. We do not store raw card numbers or CVV codes. We may store a Stripe customer ID, subscription identifiers, card brand, last four digits, expiration metadata, payment status and invoice history.
Calendar information. If you connect Google Calendar or a scheduling service, we access availability and event details only as needed to schedule and manage advisory sessions. We request the narrowest permissions necessary for the feature.
Communication information. Emails, platform messages, Slack participation, session agendas, session notes and support requests.
Files. Documents you voluntarily upload.
Technical information. IP address, device and browser information, cookies, session information, analytics and security logs.
How information is used
To operate the Advisory; manage memberships; process applications; provide advisory services; prepare sessions; create Diagnostics and Blueprints; track Three Moves; provide personalized resources; schedule meetings; process payments; communicate with members; operate community features; improve the service; analyze program performance; maintain security; and comply with legal obligations.
AI use disclosure
AI-enabled tools may assist with summarization, diagnostic analysis, session preparation and drafting. Output is a support tool and does not replace independent judgment or advice from qualified professionals.

Confidential member information is not sent to third-party AI services unless those providers and their data-handling practices have been reviewed and enabled by an administrator.
Data sharing
Information may be shared, as needed, with payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, Google services, Slack, analytics providers, AI infrastructure providers, professional advisers, other service providers, and legal or regulatory authorities where required by law.
Member information is not sold.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to safeguard information, including role-based access, encryption in transit, secure credential handling, audit logging, limited administrator access and secure file storage. No system can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
Data retention
Applications: 24 months after decision. Former member records: 7 years. Session notes: duration of membership plus 3 years. Financial records: 7 years. Uploaded files: duration of membership plus 12 months. Diagnostic data: duration of membership plus 3 years. Audit and legal acceptance records: 10 years.
Records may be retained longer where necessary for legitimate business, contractual, accounting, compliance or legal purposes.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, a portable copy, information about processing, or to opt out of certain communications. Submit a request from Account → Privacy in the member portal, or email privacy@[DOMAIN].
You cannot opt out of essential account, security, payment or legal communications while your account remains active.
