Independence
The Modern Agent Advisory™ is a private, independent advisory business. It is not owned, operated, sponsored or endorsed by any real estate brokerage, technology company, marketplace, investor platform or other vendor. Membership in the Advisory is not required to use any third-party product, and no third-party product is required to be a member.
Outside interests
Dan Noma Jr. has built, led, invested in and advised companies across real estate and technology, and may hold ownership, financial or professional relationships with companies discussed during the advisory relationship — including Easy Street Offers, where he serves as founder and CEO. That professional history is a credential, not a channel.
Where a recommendation involves a company in which Dan holds a material economic or ownership interest, the Advisory will disclose that relationship in writing:
Dan has an ownership, financial or professional relationship with this company.
Disclosure does not prevent a recommendation. It exists so members can weigh it.
Vendor neutrality
Recommendations are based on the member's objectives, business circumstances and available options. No company or platform is favored solely because of an existing relationship. Members are free to evaluate, select and implement any provider they choose.
What membership does not do
Membership in The Modern Agent Advisory™ does not:
- guarantee that any investor, buyer or platform will make offers on any property;
- alter, relax or accelerate any third party's underwriting;
- guarantee investor demand, acceptance of any transaction, or any closing;
- create preferential pricing, priority access or preferential treatment with any third party.
Any third-party service remains subject to that company's own agreements, disclosures, pricing and underwriting standards.
Confidentiality
Information shared in the advisory relationship — including diagnostic responses, financials, blueprints, session notes, capital and exit plans, team information, uploaded files and community discussions — is confidential to the Advisory relationship and is not shared with any outside company without member authorization and compliance with the Privacy Policy.
